KPSA Annual Meeting
The annual meeting and conference for KPSA (including the organization’s annual business meetings for the organization and the organization’s journal) is normally held the last weekend of February or the first weekend of March at a college or university in Kentucky, with proposals usually due in January or early February.
The 2026 KPSA Conference will be held February 27th – February 28th at Berea College in Berea, KY. A Call for Proposals is below and more information about the conference will be sent out in coming weeks. In the meantime, please save the date on your calendars.
The Call for Proposals submission deadline is Friday, February 6th, 2026!
We are especially interested in receiving panel proposals for timely political topics that may be of interest to a wider audience. Examples include (but are not limited to):
- Kentucky Politics, Public Administration and Policy, and Southern Politics
- The results of the 2024 presidential and congressional election cycle
- Timely topics in International Relations, Comparative Politics, and American Foreign Policy
We are also interested in volunteers to serve as panel chairs and discussants.
