New Census tool drills down on racial and ethnic diversity:
--KY went from 86.3% white, not Latino/Hispanic in 2010 to 81.3% in 2020
--Black KYians increased slightly from 7.7% to 7.9%
--Hispanic/Latino up from 3.1% to 4.6%
--KY is 9th least diverse state
